Weekly bookish wrap up – 20/10/2019

A post to share all the bookish things I have been up to during the week – the books I’ve read; the books I’m currently reading and anything else remotely bookish and worth sharing. A simple post to check in with bookish friends and hear about their bookish week.

Happy Sunday peeps!! It’s that time again…time to wrap up my bookish week. I’ve had a fantastic reading week; finishing 3 books – all of them either 4 or 5 stars. And because that hardly ever happens, I am feeling inspired to write book reviews on each of them. I’ve got so many thoughts and feelings that I want to share…too many for a little wrap up post…so look out for those…

Books read:

The Stationery Shop of Tehran by Marjan Kamali5/5

Dear Lily by Drew Davies4/5

Girl Stop Apologizing by Rachel Hollis 4/5

….fingers crossed this great reading streak continues….

Currently reading:

The Female Persuasion by Meg Wolitzer – I’m going to be honest the first few pages I got really excited about this book. Now 65 pages in I’m struggling to make myself go back to it…it’s just sitting there looking at me ….and I don’t care enough to pick it up. Have you read it? Please tell me it’s worth it…or not.

What have you been reading this week? Comment below. I’d love to chat.

Happy reading!
