Here’s a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words. All you have to do is answer 3 questions:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you will read next?
Link your blog in the comments at Sam’s weekly post and then go blog hopping to find out what others are reading. Here’s my 3 W’s:
Currently reading:
I have 2 books on the go at once. One a thriller as an audiobook – something new and different for me. And a non-fiction that is probably going to be in the currently reading list for many weeks. I don’t think it’s going to be an easy read but I’m hoping it’s going to be worth it. I’ve heard good things.
Recently finished:
A perfect weekend read; sitting with hubby over coffee. We had a little competition to see who could finish their book first….because that’s how we roll.

Up next:
I’ve been considering a reread of Little Women – a childhood favourite – but I’ve been reluctant to start it so far. It’s hard with so many other wonderful books wanting to be read. Maybe next week is the week.

What are you reading this week? Let me know below.
Happy reading!

I’m embarrassed to say I’ve never read Little Women. It wasn’t one I was introduced to as a kid and I never picked it up as an adult. I hope you enjoy. Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!

Thanks Sam. I’m hoping I still love it as much as I did.

I saw this was your first time joining WWW Wednesday, welcome to the club! 🙂 I like your post headers, they look so pretty yet simple. The fact that you can read together with your partner, having a race sounds fun. That’s the kind of motivation I need haha.

Thanks Nikki! Having a hubby that reads certainly helps to keep me reading 🙂

Welcome to the WWW Wednesday club! Little Women would be a lovely book to reread and I love the idea of your competitive reading with your husband. If I did that I’d definitely win every time 😀

I have also heard that Quiet is excellent. I should read it – as an extrovert it would be good for me to understand the opposing perspective.

I’m only partway through and so far there’s been more discussion on extroversion than introversion…hopefully I’ll get to the Quiet part soon 🙂

I am introvert to the core – Quiet looks like something I can relate to! Here’s mine: https://www.autismfamilypower.com/www-wednesday-november-20-2019/

Oh, I just read my first Lisa Jewell book (The Family Upstairs) and I enjoyed her writing style, so I hope you like The Girls! I haven’t read it, but I always heard good things about her as an author. Happy reading!
