A post to share all the bookish things I have been up to during the week – the books I’ve read; the books I’m currently reading and anything else remotely bookish and worth sharing. A simple post to check in with bookish friends and hear about their bookish week.
It’s December!!!! But first lets wrap up the last week of November.
Books read:
The Girls by Lisa Jewell – 4/5….oh this book was so good and the perfect escape from the every day stuff. Here’s a link to my mini bookish review.

The Probable Future by Alice Hoffman – 4/5 – History, magic, family dynamics and a little romance….what more could a girl want? Almost unputdownable… even though I did have to put it down occasionally…I wish I didn’t. I plan on reading some of Hoffman’s other novels in 2020 for sure. Do you have any favourites?

Currently reading:
- Little Women by Louisa May Alcott
- Quiet by Susan Cain
- The Family Upstairs by Lisa Jewell
- Life in Flow by Kate Kendall
Bookish posts:
First Impression Friday – The Probable Future by Alice Hoffman
Monthly Wrap Up – November Reads 2019
What have you been reading this week? I’d love to hear from you.
Happy reading!

I’m excited to read more from Alice Hoffman, I read an ARC of The World That We Knew this year and absolutely adored it!

I’m glad you enjoyed it! I almost bought that today but I’m still trying to be good and not buy any new books …physical ones anyway…for the rest of the year.
