Here’s a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words. All you have to do is answer 3 questions:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you will read next?
Link your blog in the comments at Sam’s weekly post and then go blog hopping to find out what others are reading.
As for me…I started out strong this week…finishing 3 books in 3 days….and continuing on with a few others. I have been struggling with some of my current reads; taking way too long to read them, so I joined NetGalley and downloaded my first eARC….something quick and easy….a bit of fun…. by an author I have read before…. to get me out of slump. I’m hoping to branch out a bit…finding new genres and authors as I work out the whole NetGalley thing.
Currently reading:
(STILL READING)
- Quiet by Susan Cain
- Life in Flow by Kate Kendall
- Little Women by Louisa May Alcott
Recently finished:
- The Probable Future by Alice Hoffman
- F*ck No! by Sarah Knight (NetGalley eARC)
- The Family Upstairs by Lisa Jewell (Audiobook)
Up next:
- The Confession by Jessie Burton
- The Giver of Stars by Jojo Moyes (Audiobook)
What are your 3 W’s this Wednesday? Let me know below and….. Happy reading!

I’ve heard great things about The Giver of Stars from other book bloggers so hope you enjoy it.

I’ve seen some mixed reviews but I’m excited to read it for myself and make up my own mind. I’ll let you know how I go π

Those covers look amazing! 3 books in a week is a good number if you ask me. Maybe you should just DNF the books you’re struggling through, unless you’re still enjoying them of course? I always find that when I push myself too much to read something I’m not enjoying, I end up in a reading slump or having a bad reading month. I hope you enjoy the next things you pick up, have a great week! π

I’m not usually someone who DNF’s….I’ve only done it once this year…but I think you could be right. Even putting them down to take a break might not be a bad idea; especially with those two new books calling out to me. I am completely swayed by a beautiful cover π

Oooo…I have such fond memories of Little Women and I loved The Family Upstairs – how was it as an audiobook?

I think I would have preferred it as a physical book…sometimes I struggle with the narration….but oh wow…it knocked me off my feet. What a fantastic read!!

Little Women is my favorite book. Iβm actually just starting another reread of it before getting into Meg & Jo by Virginian Kantra
