Not lots of reading happening this week. With the working year coming to an end, reports sent out and Christmas crafts a-plenty; there have been many early nights. I’m excited though that I managed to finish one book that I have been plugging away at for weeks.
Books read:
Quiet by Susan Cain ★★★ – This book was such a slooooooooow read. I didn’t really start to enjoy it until Chapter 9…there’s only 12 chapters…so that’s not great. Those last few chapters were interesting but hardly new information; making this book pretty disappointing. For me, it didn’t really live up to the hype. Have you read it?

With the busy season of Christmas upon on us, I have been considering moving away from a Weekly wrap up post in favour of a less time consuming Monthly wrap up in the new year. Just something I am toying with….we’ll see!
