Hosted by Reading Reality, Stacking the Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, whether they be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, ARCs, gifts and of course e-books! And audiobooks. Don’t forget audiobooks!
In other words, if you can read it or if it can be read to you – no matter how you got it – it belongs in Stacking the Shelves.
So I’m a little late, being that we are already in September but I wanted to share the books I grabbed on my birthday shopping trip and any other books I’ve managed to get my hands on by whatever means over the past month.
Physical books:
- Flawless by Elsie Silver
- The Break-Up Pact by Emma Lord
- The Love of my Afterlife by Kirsty Greenwood
- The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V. E. Schwab
- How To Keep House While Drowning by K C Davis
Audiobooks:
- The Yellow Wood by Minnie Darke
- Slow Dance by Rainbow Rowell
- Thank You For Listening by Julie Whelan
- The Next Mrs Parrish by Liv Constantine
- The Glitch by Leeane Slade
- Drop Dead by Lily Chu
E-books:
I didn’t download any digital books this month as I find myself spending less time reading on my tablet or phone, preferring to listen to audiobooks so I can have my hands free to crochet at night.
ARCs:
And I only asked for one ARC for the same reason.
- Would You Rather by Maggie Alderson
What books did you add to your shelves this month? What are you looking forward to reading soon?
