Currently reading:

My latest bedside read is Love Overdue by Ali Berg and Michelle Kalus, a feel good, second chance romance which, so far, is living up to expectations. I’ve read these authors before, quite a while ago, so I have a fair idea of what to expect and at only 50ish pages in I’m enjoying it.

On audio, I’ve almost finished listening to Beach Reads and Deadly Deeds by Allison Brennan and I’m still to get past the first 10 pages of my latest ARC This Book Made Me Think of You by Libby Page, not because I don’t think I will enjoy it but because I got side-tracked by other reading.

Recently finished:

I finished Problematic Summer Romance by Ali Hazelwood and surprised myself with how much I enjoyed it. Definitely going to be reading other books by this author, after giving this book 5 stars. I also finished Vera Wong’s Unsolicited Advice for Murderers by Jesse Sutanto which was so good on audio. Although I’m not sure I will read the second book in the series, I can highly recommend the first.

This week I’m considering The Menopause Brain by Lisa Mosconi finished as I only have a few pages to go and they’ll be done by the time this post goes public. I’m about to go sit on the lounge and finally get this book out of my TBR pile – it has been a slog.

What next?:

A friend of mine (as well as my sister) have been trying to convince me to read Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros and I’m considering downloading it on audio since I can get it for free. Previously I have been completely against reading it due to the overwhelmingly mixed reviews online, but now that the fuss has died down a little I think it might be time.
