What book kept you up all night reading?
Erotic Stories for Punjabi Widows by Balli Kaur Jaswal ….once I started it I just couldn’t put it down.
What book made you scared to go to sleep?
Room by Emma Donoghue….anything where children are in danger terrifies me; giving me nightmares.
What book almost put you to sleep?
It pains me to say this (because…see following question) The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern.
Which book had you tossing and turning in anticipation of its release?
The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern…I had this book on every wish list…hoping that someone would gift it to me on it’s release. I could not wait to get my hands on this book.
What book has your dream boyfriend?
I don’t know if I have met my dream bookish boyfriend yet….once upon a time I would have said Edward Cullen but um…. NO!!! Not any more…what was I even thinking?
What book would be a nightmare to live in?
The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins….I only read the first one and I was like NOPE! This is not for me.
What book reminds you of night time?
The Night Circus By Erin Morgenstern…well it is in the title and that’s where all the magic takes place.
What book has a nightmarish cliffhanger?
The Harry Potter books….waiting for the each new installment was torture from memory.
What book have you actually dreamt about?
I haven’t dreamt about a specific book but certain themes do often crop up in my dreams/nightmares…. depending on what I’m reading, what’s going on in my real life and my anxiety levels.
What fictional monster would you not like to find hiding under your bed?
Any of them…all of them…I don’t do monsters!! EEK!!
