WWW Wednesday is hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words. A weekly meme where all you have to do is answers the following three W’s:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Currently reading:
First Time Caller by B K Borison – I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure I wanted to read this book, even though I loved the Lovelight series. I was concerned I wouldn’t like this as much being that it’s not a small town romance and there’s no ranchers. But now that I am over halfway through, I’m quite enjoying it.
I also am wondering if I may have done the Lovelight books a disservice by only rating them 4 stars because that would make this book only 3 stars. That’s something to think about.
Do you ever change a book’s rating after a little bit of time or do you stick with your initial thought?

Recently finished:
Wild and Wrangled by Lyla Sage (paperback) – ★★★★ – I went out specifically to buy this book the day after it was released, giving the shops time to put it on the shelf. Then I came home and read it that same day.

The Baby Plan by Emma Bennet (e-book) – ★★★ – This was a quick read – only 198 pages – that I downloaded last year and never got around to reading. One of many that I bought across to this year’s TBR and will be working through over the next few months, hopefully.

The Lost Letters of Evelyn Wright by Clare Swatman (e-book) – ★★★ – Another book from last year’s Kindle Unlimited spree. It was a good book but I feel like my taste might have changed a little since I downloaded it.

Broken Country by Clare Leslie Hall (audiobook) – ★★★★ – I finally listened to the last hour or two while cleaning my kitchen, top to bottom. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I hadn’t had such a big break in the middle of reading it. It could possibly have been a 5 star read.

What next?:
I’m busting to read Emily Henry‘s latest offering Great Big Beautiful Life on audio with Julia Whelan narrating.

What are your 3 Ws?
Feel free to share your link in the comments, I’d love to see what you’re reading.

Julia Whelan is a great narrator. I’ve loved her narration of various Taylor Jenkins Reid novels I’ve listened to.

She’s my favourite. I love the way she brings a book to life.

I just got Great Big Beautiful Life on audio too…gotta love pre-ordering. I plan on starting it on the way to work on Monday as something to look forward to. After having 6 weeks off, I’m going to need something special to get me out of bed on time.

Oh, I hope you enjoy it! I’m going to start the audio this week too. Oof, it’s always so hard going back after an extended amount of time off. Good luck!!
