TBR Check-in – Kindle Edition

Lately, I have mentioned wanting to read the books that have been on my TBR since last year, particularly those that I already own in one way or another. This has actually been a goal since the beginning of the year but I’m only just starting to find some motivation to begin, and so, to keep me moving forward I thought I would share a little post outlining my progress or lack there of.

Books on my Kindle from 2024:

  • The Baby Plan by Emma Bennet – ★★★
  • The Lost Letters of Evelyn Wright by Clare Swatman – ★★★
  • The Year That Changed Us by Helen Rolfe
  • The Suite Life by Portia Macintosh

NetGalley ARCs on my Kindle:

  • Boy With Wings by Mark Mustian – ★★★★
  • Say You’ll Remember Me by Abby Jimenez – ★★★★
  • It’s a Love story by Annabel Monaghan – ★★★★
  • Best, First and Last by Amy T Matthews – ★★★★
  • The Book of Autumn by Molly O’Sullivan
  • Everything’s Coming Up Rosie by Courtney Walsh
  • Clementine Crane Prefers Not To by Kristin Bair

Having typed this up, I actually feel quite good about how I’m progressing…at least on my Kindle. I still have so many books left that I want to read from my 2024 TBR, some I already own in other formats and others I’m yet to get my hands on. They are all here now on my 2025 TBR, however I also have a tendency to pick up random books, not on my TBR, and prioritise reading them. Those books end up skipping the TBR altogether and go straight to my Goodreads Reading Challenge page.

In short, I have books everywhere, in all different formats, but I would like to start checking in regularly (hopefully in a monthly post) to remind me of the books I already own and fulfil my need to check things of a list.
